Deconstructed it is !!

“Deconstructed cafe” the name sounds dubious right? Well that's what i thought when my friend suggested that we head there for our lunch. Despite my doubts regarding the place we ended up going there because it was a 10 min walk from our college and that day we had to return for a event after lunch. I wasn’t expecting much but the moment i entered i was captivated by their chairs , glasses and walls that were made to look “deconstructed” to match their theme.

When we called the waiter to order our food we were meet with a surprise, and that was their coupon card which gave their customers free food or discounts on every visit. LIke on the first visit we can get a free drink and the second visit we can get a free soup and so on, which i loved since it reduced our expenditure. So in the end my friend and i ended up with a free drink each worth 150 rupees. And the food tasted like heaven it was so goooood. Take a look at the food we had below. Try not to salivate ;)

Don’t they all look yummy? Their twisted pizza was the bomb they tasted amazing but it was more of a pastry rather than a pizza. The pasta was my friend's favourite because they were really creamy with the right amount of vegetables. The dessert was really yummy but it was a little pricey. The only thing i was a bit upset about was the time they took to serve the food, we had to remind them continuously for our food even though it was not that crowded. Other than that i don’t mind going back to this place!!! Do head there this weekend and share with me your experience in the comments section. Do remember that they only open at 12 noon and cost about 500 rupees on average for 2 people and is located at The Slate, 23/13, Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai .
